All approved invite is ready to print and share. Share museum membership information with invite.
Jim will contact Newspaper about running ad. We were quoted $174 for 4 weeks at one time. Holly will send PDF of invite and share on BHS Alumni page along with emailing copies to the city and school secretaries and see about posting on websites for the city and school as well.
Meal menu:
Pork loin, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans with bacon, and a drink
Entertainment:
Pastor Dan is confirmed to lead the prayer (Mark)
Treblecats for entertainment? (Kaylyn checking?)
Registration:
List of who has paid, Holly will check off as guests arrive.
Alumni Book – sign up will be at registration (Keri Welch)
Contact School:
Jim will contact Dr. Cassidy superintendent at school after spring break to discuss opening the school at 4pm and setting tables and cleaning up and see if there are any fees or charges
Class of 2022:
Jim will contact Dr. Cassidy about when we can meet with the senior class. Katie will talk to them and invite them to the banquet
Next year officers 03:
We will all start trying to find a class representative from the class below us to get the next year officers
