Burlingame 32nd. Annual Country Christmas Craft Fair

Dear Crafters,
The Burlingame Chamber of Commerce Country Christmas Committee is now taking reservations for the 32nd. annual craft fair on December 4, 2021. There are 2 buildings for a combined number of 40 spaces. Schuyler Community Center 218 W. Fremont, and The Hide Out 137 W. Santa Fe, Burlingame. (These are just across the street from each other.)
To save your space please return your payment along with the completed entry form to the address below. Spaces are first paid-first reserved. No space will be saved without payment. This show sells out early. The cost is $25.00 for an 8’X8’ space PLUS $5.00 for 20 amp electricity.
The DEADLINE for registration is November 20, 2021 or when full. NO REFUNDS AFTER NOVEMBER 20, 2021 , unless event is canceled and please note that ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS ARE LIMITED and only 20 amp. One table and one chair provided per booth at the Schuyler Community Center, extra tables are available for $5.00 each at that site. A tax chart and registration form will be provided to those who do NOT have their own tax number.
`If you find you cannot attend we ask that you not re-sell your space. AND PLEASE CALL IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND, or risk not being invited back. No Flea Market Items, Please. Local Food Booths given first consideration. Please call.
Doors will be open and assignments will be given out at 8:00 a.m. `Please not Before. CHECK-IN will be at your choice of building, if not sure which building check in at the Schuyler Community Center 118 W. Fremont. Booths must be in place by 10:00a.m. and set up for the entire time length.* Crafters must provide their own tables chairs at the Hide Out. Crafters must furnish their own extension cords (PLEASE MAKE SURE EXTENSION CORDS ARE HEAVY and LONG ENOUGH FOR THE JOB, NEED LONG ONES for The Hide Out). All tables must be draped or covered and please move your vehicles to a side street or to on street parking after set up to allow your customers adequate parking.
