The Burlingame Country Christmas Committee is now taking reservations for the 28th annual craft fair on December 2, 2017.
The Schuyler Community Center and a W. Santa Fe building has a total of 50 spaces. To save your space please return your payment along with the completed entry form to the address below. Spaces will be first paid-first reserved. No space will be saved without payment. This show sells out. The cost is $25.00 for an 8’X8’ space PLUS $5.00 for 20 amp electricity. Make checks payable to Burlingame Chamber of Commerce.
The DEADLINE for registration is November 15, 2017 or when full. NO REFUNDS AFTER NOVEMBER 15, 2017 and please note that ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS ARE LIMITED and only 20 amp. Upon request a limited amount of tables at Community Center are available for $5.00 each.
`If you find you cannot attend we ask that you not re-sell your space. AND PLEASE CALL IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND. No Flea Market Items, Please. Local Food Booths given first consideration. Please call.
Doors will be open and assignments will be given out at 8:00 a.m. `Please not Before. CHECK-IN will be at the Schuyler community Center, 218 W. Fremont. Booths must be in place by 11:00a.m. and set up for the entire time length.* Crafters must provide their own tables ( unless other arrangements are made, limited tables available at the Community Center), chairs, and extension cords (PLEASE MAKE SURE EXTENSION CORDS ARE HEAVY and LONG ENOUGH FOR THE JOB). All tables must be draped or covered and please move your vehicles to a side street or to on street parking after set up to allow your customers adequate parking.
